We ask for your understanding and appreciation of the unique challenges involved in cultivating and shipping living trees.
Should you receive a broken ceramic container, we kindly request that you discard of it safely. We understand the disappointment that comes with a damaged item, and we want to ensure that you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of your bonsai tree without any hindrance.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we kindly ask that you provide us with clear photographs of the broken object within 24 hours of its arrival. This will enable our team to assess the damage and take the necessary steps to replace the broken ceramic container.
