17-4-8 Slow Release Bonsai Fertilizer in 4 a ounce package. To apply, lift the moss (If applicable) of the bonsai and uniformly apply the fertilizer on the surface of the soil. Use approximately 1 tablespoon per 5 inches of pot size. Apply once every 6 months.
